These Terms & Conditions govern the submission, publication, and use of content published in IJRDO – Journal of Business Management. By submitting a manuscript or using the journal website, users agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system or via the official editorial email address listed on the website.
Submissions through other means will not be considered.
Authors are advised to carefully read the Author Guidelines before submission.

Submissions in other file formats may not be processed.

Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, originality, and completeness of their submissions. Minor corrections such as typographical or formatting errors may be addressed after publication. Requests for substantial changes may require editorial review and, where applicable, additional processing.

Online Publication

The journal publishes issues on a monthly basis.
Publication dates may vary slightly due to editorial or production requirements.
Authors will be notified by email once an issue is published and are encouraged to check their inbox and spam folders.

Once an article is published, withdrawal is generally not permitted, except in cases involving ethical concerns or editorial decisions based on publication policies.

Corrections and Retractions

If an issue related to ethics, accuracy, or integrity is identified after publication, the journal may take appropriate action in line with its Publication Ethics Policy, which may include correction or retraction of the article.

Print Publication (Optional)

Printed copies of the journal are provided only upon author request.
Print copies are dispatched approximately two weeks after online publication.
Delivery is handled through India Post or an equivalent service, and delivery timelines may vary.
The journal is not responsible for delays caused by postal services but will assist in resolving delivery issues when possible.

Replacement copies may be considered in cases of confirmed loss or damage during transit.

Refund Policy

Any fees associated with optional services (such as print copies or additional processing) are non-refundable once the service has been completed. Details related to optional charges are communicated to authors in advance.

Privacy and Data Use

The journal uses email addresses and contact information solely for editorial communication, publication updates, and journal-related notifications. Personal information is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.
