Aims & Scope

The IJRDO – Journal of Business Management aims to bring together research that helps explain how businesses actually work in real situations. The journal welcomes studies that look at everyday managerial problems, long-term strategic decisions, and the many issues that shape modern organizations. Our goal is simple: to share work that is useful for researchers, teachers, and people working in the field.

Because business covers many different areas, our scope is broad. We accept papers on topics such as marketing practices, financial decision-making, organizational behavior, human resource policies, operations and supply chains, entrepreneurship, and changes in technology that affect business activity. Some authors send traditional research papers, while others submit case studies or shorter analyses of specific situations. All of these are considered as long as they add something meaningful.

The journal is especially interested in studies that connect theory with real practice. Work based on data, field experiences, surveys, company observations, or new models is welcome. We also consider review papers that help summarize existing knowledge in a clear and practical way.

Our aim is not only to publish research but also to support conversation across different areas of management. We hope the journal can act as a meeting point for different ideas, methods, and perspectives that help us better understand the challenges businesses face today.
