IJRDO Publications is based on a Gold Open Access model, which means all published articles will be accessible immediately and permanently, with no access restrictions. This model enables researchers, institutions, and readers to access and enjoy scholarly research freely worldwide, enhancing the visibility, reach, and influence of research. The articles are all published on the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND.4.0 License, allowing the sharing and distribution under non-commercial conditions on the condition of due credit to the authors and the source, but ensuring the integrity of the published work.

Article Processing Charges (APCs) are used to support our publishing services, and are charged only after acceptance, and are used to maintain high editorial and production standards. Such services can be rigorous peer review, research integrity checks, professional editorial treatment, and international distribution of articles. We also use the latest technologies and AI-assisted tools to make the process of publication more efficient and quality-focused. Consistent with the international campaign on Open Access, including the Berlin Declaration on Open Access (2003), IJRDO Publications will ensure the elimination of barriers to knowledge to enhance collaboration, dissemination, and impact of scientific research across the globe.

Special Issue Policy IJRDO Publications.

To encourage scholarly contributions to particular topics or growing areas of research, IJRDO Publications occasionally issues Special Issues dedicated to particular topics or growing areas of research. These problems are meant to unite the best research done on a specified subject of scholarly and practical interest.

A Special Issue is usually under the management of one or more Guest Editors, specialists in the pertinent field who collaborate with the editorial team of the journal. Guest Editors will be in charge of managing the peer review process, academic quality, and making sure that everything that is submitted to the journal meets the necessary standards.

Manuscripts submitted to Special Issues are reviewed in the same rigorous peer review manner and should be in accordance with the editorial and ethical requirements of the journal. The editorial board of the journal will still oversee final publication decisions to facilitate transparency and quality
